NexShot AI provides AI-powered headshot generation services that transform user-uploaded selfies into professional-quality headshot photos. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • High-resolution image output
  • User account management

2. Account Registration and Security

Using certain services may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your password and restricting access to your account. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content and Authorization

When you submit images or other content ("User Content") to us, you retain all rights to that content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content, solely for the purposes of:

  • Providing and improving our services
  • Developing and training our artificial intelligence models
  • Internal analytics and research purposes

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit User Content and to grant the license above.

4. Payment and Refunds

We offer different paid plans and credit systems. All prices include applicable taxes. Payments, once processed, are generally non-refundable except as required by law. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee; if you are not satisfied with our services, you may contact us to request a refund. We reserve the right to make the final decision.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all content, features, and functionality within the services (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by NexShot AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automated device, process, or means to access the services
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the services
  • Upload images containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of others
  • Use for generating fake identities, deepfakes, or content with deceptive purposes

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexShot AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners make no warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will operate uninterrupted, securely, or error-free, nor do we warrant that defects will be corrected or that our services or the servers that make our services available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexShot AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.

9. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the services at any time, with or without notice and without liability. Upon termination, your right to access the services will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.

10. Changes to Agreement

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. The modified terms will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the services will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend that you review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

11. Dispute Resolution
